A small study found that men who used Viagra (sildenafil) for more than three weeks were twice as likely as men who used Viagra for as many as four hours to get pregnant as men who used Viagra without the medication.
The findings were published online Monday in the. The study, led by researchers from the University of Southampton and the University of Southampton's School of Public Health, analysed data from 1,848 US men who had used Viagra or similar drugs for as much as three weeks.
Half of those using Viagra and half of the men who used Viagra were on a daily form of the drug, and half were on a weekly dosage. Half were on Viagra and the other half were not on the medication.
Viagra was the most popular drug on the market, followed by sildenafil, and tadalafil was the other choice.

They said that while there may be no definitive answer as to why some men choose to use Viagra rather than other ED drugs, other factors can affect how you respond to the drug, including your age and lifestyle.
The study, funded by Pfizer, was conducted between 2010 and 2013 using data from the US men's health database. The US data were collected in the early 1990s.
